RE readers are so crazy cause how after reading the story all of ur hate is directed towards Navier for not wanting to be good to her husbands mistress but no the husband who brought her to the castle, or the duke that manipulated, or the man that took advantage of her. Yall skip all of them and are like “Navier didn’t want to become sisters with her, she’s the villain!”

I do remember loving the manwha but as the second season came I grew genuinely disillusioned with Navier and the way the story was playing out, the way so much styff was left untouched like their slavery system, sure I did hate Rashta, but the way some subjects were being treated was infuriating

Remarried Empress had a lot of potential. The idea/realization of seeing how the so-called “main characters" are the actual be the villains, and how the “villain” is really a victim of the system, is interesting. But the execution of this manhwa was nonsense. Instead of challenging classism, the story ends up reinforcing it turning a victim of oppression into a scapegoat while the elite are protected.

I don't think Rhasta was right. I think she was just scared and traumatized. She heard her lover saying she's temporary and couldn't place her trust in him. Also I don't think its fair to paint Navier as the villain. It's obviously the Emperor, he's in charge of the empire's slavery system.

the characters were good they were complex but the story did nothing to justify it and just made us choose sides based on the very biased pov we were forced into yes I do like the story but it couldve been better topics could have been the main points like the slavery and the injustice within the empire instead we had two very capable women in their own strengths pitted against eachother with two different perspectives that couldve benefited from eachother and been against the ex husband
