I am 99% on the cop side on these videos this one he’s a little over the top. Yes you have to comply immediately, but it seems like the guy was going to comply. He was just argumentative at first I wasn’t there, but it seemed a little excessive.

Absolutely ridiculous wow. Police Officer excessive force for no reason, the guy was complying, the officer 1. Couldn't prove the excessive speed that was traveled. 2. Racially profiling more then likely why he was stopped in the first place. The way the officer was physically handling the guy ,with a good attorney this crap will get kicked. Hopefully this officer gets reprimanded and retraining on how to do traffic stop, also glad the body cam was on.😡🤬

This seems excessive and violent. I’ve seen cops argue with white people for 30 minutes as if they were negotiating, and never display any violence. Good thing they have tasers. Telling him to ‘Pull the lock up’ is like telling a paraplegic to kick the ball for 3 points!
