This happened to me twice in 40 years at BOFA. Bills kept coming out receipt came out zero deposits and i called the automated number after few minutes and it showed my complete exact deposit amount. Camera's are focused directly towards the ATM and also most people count before inserting that is also on camera. All this doesn't register.

That is why you don’t uses ATM for larger deposits. If something goes wrong you’re screwed.
