I had my trip to Egypt all booked. including that train. unfortunately, less than 1 month before I was to go the war broke out in Israel and Gaza. I had to cancel everything because no one k ew what was going to happen. plan to try again!

I have been on that exact train twice 😅😅, i had a nice surprise away haha. Not as bad as i expected but the breakfast oh god haha

I was booked into a sleeper on the train from Kiev to Moscow in 1986. Shared it with 2 men. I was 21, alone, and horrified (initially). When they heard I was on my way home to Canada, they treated me like a long lost daughter and even brought out a premium bottle of liquor as a gift for me to bring home to my father. Overall, a very good memory. 😊
