y would u lock the door when walking outside knowing u don't have ur key and ur kid is inside y would they both even go outside like that those cops need to do something about that bc y would they leave the kid alone like that I can understand if ur stepping right outside but with both of them there 1 of them should of stayed inside with the child and cops can't do anything already that cop wasn't lying bc the apartment complex can sue and the parents can to and try to hold the cop reliable parents need to be smarter and do better some ppl don't need kids the father should of been done that he waited that long to do it when a locksmith said they. couldn't come but my thing is y would they lock the door

my youngest used to lock me out of the house a lot. there is also times where if we shut our door just right it would lock itself. I would often have to go to the neighbors call my mom be like bring the spare key now as I watch my toddler through the window. we switched over to a combination deadbolt and I'd never been locked out since.
