Try holding your hair at the top of the tool and letting it wrap! That’s what I’ve done for as long as I’ve had an air wrap and it works pretty well!

instead of just throwing the hair at it grab it from the bottom and hover it over the device until it sucks in all of the hair!!!! i have a shark which is the same thing and i love it!! and instead of twisting the barrel up just get it suck up at the hair on its own while you slowly guide the device upward! this is how i get the best results! your hair is beautiful
