ive got one ttl reconstructed knee from time in military ( late 80s) and the other wearing faster bcs I baby my repaired knee. I bought a pair of these and wish these existed 20yrs ago. these are a simple concept and actually work. I recommend younger people to use these when hiking, walking or jogging. spare your knees from wear and tear
