Here’s what I gotta say about one handed swings📝⁣ ⁣ I love these drills. I do them pretty much every time I warm up to hit. They can REALLY help train your swing. IF you do it correctly. ⁣ ⁣ I like to incorporate my legs, and imitate my regular swing, just with one arm. It’s very easy to take your legs out of it and just whip your arm around. Regardless if you use legs or not, I often see them done wrong. ⁣ ⁣ 🥎 PRO TIP: If you have the tendency to pull your front shoulder out, do this. With top hand swings, stick the arm of your bottom hand out over the tee. Check your positioning when you finish the swing. Your arm should be close to where it started. ⁣ ⁣ Common mistakes⁣: ❌ Not completely setting up your stance before⁣ ❌ Hands start too low⁣ ❌ Front side/shoulder yanks out⁣ ❌ Head pulling off the ball⁣ ⁣ Things to think about: ✅ Start hands high, stay high⁣ ✅ Lower half & weight transfer⁣ ✅ Drive hands THROUGH the ball⁣ ✅ Palm up, Palm down (depending on which hand)⁣ ⁣ Make every swing count🙌🏼#CapCut
