@prudentreviews: Stainless Steel vs. Carbon Steel What’s the difference between stainless steel and carbon steel pans? Stainless steel doesn’t need seasoning, won’t rust, and works for any ingredient. Carbon steel needs seasoning and more care, but it can handle higher heat and becomes naturally nonstick over time. Thank you to Made In for sponsoring this video. I’ve been testing and reviewing Made In pans since the company was launched and it’s consistently one of the best performing brands. They offer a range of professional-quality cookware at fair prices at MadeInCookware.com. @Made In Cookware #ad
bought a carbon steel pan and I'm not finding any better than my copper, stainless steel or cast iron... using it only for Spanish tortilla

I use barkeepers friend powder for my stainless pans on the bottom. Keeps them looking brand new and the copper ring shiny
