@thepsycholotea: Healing doesn’t make you a robot. There’s always risk in love and trusting again. Being hurt again, and falling into that dark place…. is human. If you don’t fall and don’t hurt, then THATS an indication you didn’t truly heal, you’re AVOIDING or SUPRESSING. True healing doesn’t make you immune or indifferent it makes you AWARE, more honest with yourself and understanding that your pain and reaction doesn’t define you or your worth… it’s just a human response to the pain. So if you were wondering…. Thats why I stepped back for a while. Not because I stopped caring about you all, but to practice the same things I ask you to practice. I needed to sit with my own pain without shame. Process. And apply the very healing tools and advice I give to you, to myself… again. And now I’m here and ready to do this with you again! Not from a place of perfection, but from a place of experience and knowledge. Not “above you,” but beside you. With you.
