People get allotted time? I have unlimited but only if it gets approved so I average about 4-5 days per year. That includes sick time.

This is exactly what a 9-5 office job should look like. One of the benefits of mine is we can work from home half the week. It’s made a massive improvement to the anxiety I used to get being in the office 5 days a week.
