So if I’m new to running mainly doing zone 2 easy runs 2-3 days then hiit or faster running 2 days a week which would be good. I recently just got the evo but I’m hearing mixed reviews saying you can’t do easy runs. Was looking into the NB5

I GOT A QUESTION ABOUT THESE SHOES. So I got a pair a few days ago, and they’re fine! But, I have to lace them hella tight, otherwise my toes hit the front every time I take a step. Is that normal? Like I sized up and everything, but when I put them on, I have to push my heel back hella hard, otherwise my toes hit the front and it hurts a little. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue? I tried telling my mom that maybe I got a size too small..although I doubt it because I’m en EU 41 and I got EU 42..maybe I should have gotten a 42.5? But those are too big..maybe it’s a me thing? Like i usually don’t wear Adidas so maybe I have to get used to them? Wear them in? I’d really appreciate if someone could let me know their experience or tell me if I’m overthinking this? It would ease the nerves a lil, yk?😅

I find these to be the most overrated and over hyped shoes I’ve ever owned. I have lots of running shoes, I don’t get the hype around these. They’re a good shoe, but nothing great in my opinion. They’re not the best at anything. Easy run? There’s better. Recovery run? No chance. Tempo run? There’s better. Long run? There’s better. All rounder? There’s better.
