Maternity leave in the USA is awful. Daycare is the cost of rent in the USA. It’s all very backwards in this county. I’m a first generation. My family immigrated here for a better life. It’s now better to live in the country my family immigrated from.

This is so funny bc I totes thought we weren’t allowed to cross double yellow and we just did anyway. Also I work for nyc and they keep your job for 4 years maternity/paternity (unpaid). Also typing this from my separate duvet cover/insert hehehehhe

You’re so spot on about the maternity leave! But it’s also normal to have a duvet and duvet cover- what you’re talking about is a comforter

technically you're supposed to turn into the inner lane. you should not be turning into an outer lane unless its a double turn lane and you're already in that outer lane. you can get a ticket. our consequences just arent as severe 😅
