Chelsea cannot sit there and be coy on the matter like they did last year. Yeah they might drop off again but put your fucking hat in the ring. You cannot spend that much and turn around and say we’re building a team for the future. For 2bn you need league success almost instantly. Ibramovic would’a had Maresca’s spine as one of the dinner tables leg’s if he spent 2bn to almost make top 4.
