It took like 2 hours total within the 3 places you have to go. I'd hate to have a different last name than my husband and children. Yes, I am proud to have my husband's name.

Personally, changing my last name was not a thing. I’m still your wife 😂 Changing my legal documents is way too much work 🤷🏻♀️

Honestly, I don’t wanna ruin my last name if he does it either, but we’re married so we’re gonna hyphenate it because at the end of the day, like let’s say I don’t take his last thing like we don’t do that hyphenating thing and we have kids and they only have his last name to be traditional in that and God forbid something happens to him since those kids don’t have my last name, even though they’re gonna be my biological kids his family can try to take them away from me due to that due to the technicality that they don’t have my last name and vice versa, but it would be the other way we gave our future kids my last name and not his because at the end of day like our in-laws my treat is one way right now but later on in the future, we don’t know what could change and that way our kids will have both of our last names like and we’re a little bit more protected in that since and it’s because I’ve seen it happen to other people I know this girl well like she is my mom‘s friend, and it happened to her. She did not take her husband‘s last name. They did not hyphenate the last names. The kids only have the guys last names when he had an accident and they got a divorce and everything like a lot of things happened between them. They ended up separating. He did not want the kids, but his mother did so he let her fight the rights for their kids and his mother ended up taking the kids from both of them just because they did not have the mom’s last name
