It works for me …. I saturate my under eye with Eucerin before applying. If the area isn’t nicely hydrated it will leave you with a white cast .

I bought mine from ulta for my husband and it didn’t work for him. It did not leave a residue but it also didn’t tighten. He tried for a week with no results
