The tenure of the employees there shows what a strong union will do for hospitality workers. The local 6 in nyc has been helping hospitality workers earn living wages, have affordable healthcare, have pensions, and humane working conditions.

l had the nerve to go in there and ask for a glass of water to take a few aspirin as l had a major headache and was in NY to see a show. The server was extremely nice and refused to take any money.
