Something that works well for me for some reason, is using a dedicated niacinimide serum before my tretinoin. It greatly decreased my negative side effects when increasing my dosage. It doesn't need to be a crazy high percentage... 5% is adequate but CosRx has a good one that is 15% I believe, or Good Molecules has a Niacinimide toner that would likely work well. I know SO MANY Products have niacinimide in them, but for some reason I found the dedicated serum really helped me personally.
