Super fresh but really garlicky and comforting, a fishy version of a Chicken Kyiv 😂 📌 409 cals, 26g protein Serves 2: 2 tbsp butter 2 basa fillets 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tsp dried parsley Salt & pepper 1. Pat the fish fillets dry, then rub with salt and pepper. 2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter over a medium heat, then add the fish fillets. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, then remove to a plate and set to the side. 3. Heat the remaining tbsp of butter, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant but not brown, then add the lemon juice and parsley and stir well. 4. Allow to simmer and thicken slightly before adding back in the fish and covering in the sauce. 5.
