when I was a realtor I had a client who had a decent home in a bad area. I let a whole saler sell it they found an out of area buyer investor to paid much higher than comps, client paid me a small commission for handling that end and I still helped client secure a new purchase. wholesalers can be good.

I just had a Realtor the other day. Send me documents on a place out in Florida that was owners of a community that had mobile homes in it that they rent it out why she sent me that I do not know because I called it thinking that’s what she wanted me to do because she said I had to call those people she said that so I did. I gave them a lower offer because I heard that an offer just fell through and it upset her she didn’t get totally mad, but she called back, correcting it saying that to never call the seller never never call the seller only the realtor so I apologized and said that I was only doing what I thought she told me to do or wanted me to doand left it at that. I’m so confused.

As a Realtor, I HATE working with other Realtors, they don't understand the difference between being a "Realtor" and being a "Broker" and because they don't know the difference they don't understand any other creative way of brokering real estate outside of making a 2-3% commission. I literally argued for hours in real estate school explaining the concept of wholesaling and it's legality.
