the struggle is real tho. had a 10 top come in 20 to close once and kept the closer, last out cook, closing server, and me (closing dishwasher) almost an hour past close because I had to wait before I could finish outwork (mine includes cleaning the men's bathroom which I dont do before close if I can help it)
