disagree, female cops shouldn’t be patrolling or arresting people but there’s other work involved with policing that i think women are more suited to handle.

Here to play devil’s advocate but the biggest issue is that suspects try to test female cops more which causes female cops going overkill to make suspects fear them. I wish this wasn’t an added element in policing

How do you search a woman if there's no female cops ? I have worked with alot of female cops for 40 years that I would take as partners in a second.

nah women should be cops especially since they help out a lot in non violent situations, sure women may be weaker physically but they balance that out in other ways

Females should be cops for many reason when a drunk woman hit me and started choking me video sowed I did nothing and ignored her never once put my hands on her. A woman cop came arrested her when cop checked her she had drugs in both of her underwear. So it was good a lady cop came and checked her. So a male cop didn’t need to frisk her.

Girl I’ll be so fr I know this is late, but you know female cops go through training, right? It’s similar to boot camp in the military, not everyone makes it to graduation. The women who DO make it can absolutely beat up an average man. It doesn’t matter how strong you are, female cops are essentially trained martial artists.
