Glaze mix is BBQ sauce, hoisin, browning, lemon juice and honey. Sticky glaze is leftover BBQ mix, pan juices, a little flour and soft brown sugar. Finish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Method: Season chops well, sear both sides, baste with the BBQ glaze and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. Make the sticky glaze while it bakes, glaze again, grill for 5 minutes until charred.
