I had to go back the next day to get them removed because they were bending, breaking, peeling, and popping off. I spent 3–4 months begging for a refund because I did not want them touching my nails again. I even filed a dispute with my bank, and she lied to them just to keep my money. I was denied a refund several times over several months, but was told to “come back for a redo.” After seeing she would go to any extent to keep my money, I decided to show up for my redo exactly as she instructed. She never gave a time limit — just said to return when I had time. But once I showed up, she tried to charge me the full price of $85 for the redo… then locked me inside the store and detained me when I refused to pay again.
