@elvii.sweets: S’mores Cookie Bars 🍫🍪✨ Ingredients • 135 g brown butter • 105 g packed brown sugar • 40 g granulated sugar • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla extract • 190 g all-purpose flour • ⅓ tsp baking soda • ⅛ tsp salt • Chocolate chips — about ½ cup • ¾ cup mini marshmallows • 4–5 large s’mores marshmallows • 1–2 crushed graham crackers ⸻ • Instructions Brown the butter, let cool 5–10 minutes Add brown sugar + white sugar and mix well Add egg + vanilla. mix until smooth,Add flour + baking soda + salt ,fold gently Add chocolate chips, mini marshmallows & crushed graham crackers,Press into lined pan,Top with big s’mores marshmallows and some chocolate,Bake at 170–175°C for 18–22 minutes, until golden at the edges.
