I have a friend who lost her son, every Christmas she goes and buys all the toys she thinks he would love, wraps them and donates them to a local charity for kids in hospital. It helps makes Christmas a little bearable for her. So much love your way xx

I feel so many of these emotions in my grief journey having lost my mom—my best friend and role model—unexpectedly in Nov. 2023. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing bc so much of this resonated with me. I must say that nothing can compare to the loss of a child, and I’ve been praying for you for some time now. What you said that I felt the most is the fear of others forgetting your person or not talking about them—I can never have that happen. And we’ll never forget your sweet Trigg. ❤️

I lost my 9 month old son Max in June and I completely relate with everything you said. From your view of the holiday season to life without him now. I have a 2 yo old son and the life I live now almost feels like a different reality. Like life with my 2 boys was in another life. I didn't find you until after you lost Trigg but I'm so glad found you. You validate all of the emotions I'm also going through.
