Gotta disagree, bought 8 years ago, mortgage is $1250 for two bedroom. Average one bedroom where I live is $1750-$2000. Also have $200K in equity, so I have to totally disagree!

Not all us homeowners share your frustration. My house is 23 years old, I've owned it over 3 and I have over 100k in equity. My biggest issue was the furnace needed a gas valve and I replaced that myself. Homeownership is the way to go.

I love my house I got a theater room Bar room pool table room living room tv room and etc. Living in an apartment you only can entertain in one room. Responsibility & privacy is cool with me. But I feel your pain Bro. There are a lot Crazy things that will happen.
