The way to fix this problem is go to a fixed vein turbo, oil changes have nothing to do with that it’s the soot that gums everything up. It has zero to do with oil changes.

No. It's from idling the engine with the egr system. Egr causes the engine to produce soot. That's what plugs the vgt. Stop idling or delete the egr.
