The way to fix this problem is go to a fixed vein turbo, oil changes have nothing to do with that it’s the soot that gums everything up. It has zero to do with oil changes.

why not design a closed loop system that has its own oil not engine oil so you don't have the carbon build up? an electric motor con circulate the oil through an oil cooler and back to the turbo and it's only turbo oil not engine oil.

No. It's from idling the engine with the egr system. Egr causes the engine to produce soot. That's what plugs the vgt. Stop idling or delete the egr.
