I actually made this when you posted it a couple of weeks ago. Wanted to do a test run for thanksgiving. It was delicious! I also took a little of the potato/tofu dough and added some fennel and Italian seasoning and made “Italian sausage” links. Pan fried it to get the rice paper crispy. Definitely a keeper recipe!
