aldi has big containers of kefir, they actually cost less than this little pack, and it’s EXTREMELY high in probiotics & beneficial bacteria for your gut. they only have a couple flavors, blueberry & strawberry but both are delicious.

probiotics are alive & need to be cold. all them pill versions are just money grabbing companies. also, yogurt that has live & active probiotcis are the same thing... dump the liquid on top (thats the sugar they are feeding on)
