I’m going to be honest, I had a 2008 Subaru Impreza with a 5 speed manual transmission. It would eat up that course all day long with no wheel spin. The Impreza distributed its torque 50/50 front to rear. Compared to our 2024 Subaru forester wilderness, the Impreza had a better awd setup. I don’t like how these automatic/cvt gearboxes need to search for traction instead of just having it on demand like my manual transmission Impreza did. These new cars are just junk anymore, I’d much rather drive an older car than these over engineered pos they are putting out today.
