In 37 didn’t want anymore kids but I did the function health test it told me my egg reserve (Amh) was .04 and I’m pregnant again.

I froze at 32 and my egg quality and number from just one month to the next was really different. The previous month I had 36 and the next only 18 and from those only 12 froze. So yeah start soon and be prepared that you might need for more than one cycle after 30

I have PCOS, I was freaking out around age 35, so I froze my eggs. Was able to harvest 15 viable eggs. By age 37 I got off the pill, started low dosing GLP1 + Ovasitol. Got pregnant 6 months later naturally.

I froze my eggs at 35 and I only got 3 healthy eggs. While I understand that getting more would be more ideal, l can’t afford it. That’s the bummer about the process.
