For better meatballs, instead of the oven you should put them on a frying pan for just long enough that they hold together but the inside is still raw, and then let them finish cooking in the sauce

Years ago the IKEA by us had a supply chain problem with the gravy packets, so they handed out the recipe. And I no longer have it somehow!!?!
