The bully needs to be going to juvenile detention center. There needs to be some type of punishment to teach him that there’s consequences to things that he does wrong. And the staff members that ignored everything and didn’t call 911 do not need to be working at that school anymore. And they also need to be reprimanded.

That’s what I don’t get about school. The school know who the bully is, but they do not punish the bully for what they do and when the victim fight back, it the victim fault.
