The truth about this is it’s such a strong acid it will etch and remove a thin layer of grout to restore its appearance. The problem is it needs to be neutralized right away with a high ph cleaner. Otherwise the grout is going to fall apart and crumble over the next year. You will end up having to regrout the whole floor from this. I own a tile cleaning company.

I used zeb and it ate away at the grout. It causes the grout to dehydrate and crack, stay away.
