@ this point the courts need to be involved you can’t just tell a tenant to leave after you been paid and the lease been signed this is BS!!!!!!!! These officers are wrong they know this isn’t how it works!!!!!

this is ILLEGAL. The landlord has to accept payment and she can go to court to make sure they take it.
