Same thing happened to me and they never gave me my money back . They kept telling me to call the restaurant. I also had video evidence, the restaurant also kept telling me to call a different day bc “the manager” was never there , I’m not one to give up but I had to take the L because they jerked me around for sooo long and I just didn’t have the time to fight it . 🤬 I hope you get your money back !
