some advice for you. it might be best for you to ask the price first before deciding to buy. a reasonable street food's price is ranged from 15k - 20k. higher than that you might consider trying somewhere else. not only foreigners, even we as locals could get scammed too (marking up the price) if we're an outsider of a region.
