@schwartzofficial: Because the best gifts are made with butter, cheese… and a sprinkle of love. 🧀🎁 This year, skip the ordinary and surprise your friends with Cheddar & Parmesan shortbread — crumbly, savory little bites wrapped in golden holiday joy. 🎄✨ --- Full Recipe Below ---- Ingrediants: 125 grams (5 ounces) plain flour 1 Schwartz Cheddar Cheese Sauce 1/2 teaspoon Schwartz Ground Nutmeg 1 teaspoon Schwartz Rosemary 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder Mill 100 grams (4 ounces) unsalted butter, softened 75 grams (3 ounces) parmesan, finely grated 1 large egg yolk, room temperature Method: 1) In a medium bowl, using a spatula, mix all dry ingredients. Then add in butter, egg yolk and parmesan, mix well until the dough forms. 2) Remove from bowl and knead on worksurface for a minute or until you have a smooth dough. 3) Mould into a flat square of dough, wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 4) When the shortbread is almost finished chilling, pre-heat oven to 180 °C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. 5) When ready, roll out the dough to about ½ cm thick and cut the shortbread into a festive shape of your choosing and place in a single layer, spaced out, on to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. 6) Place in the center of pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden. 7) Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely before serving.
