Love the series; however, Spaniards are Europeans who conquered areas in the Americas. She definitely wasn’t Latina. I understand English speaking Whites may have preferred English Whites but there has to be a distinction between Spanish and Latina.

Many folks here seem to not know that southern Europeans were not considered white in the 40s and 50s. Whiteness was very very narrow back then.
