KICKASS Mashed Sweet Potatoes KICKASS: recovery 5 servings Macros (per serving): protein 10g | fat 4g | carbs 19g | calories 160 ingredients: • 2 large sweet potatoes • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese • 1 cup cottage cheese • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper instructions:     1    peel the sweet potatoes.     2    cut into chunks.     3    boil for 15–20 minutes or until soft.     4    drain the water.     5    add the sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender.     6    blend until smooth.     7    adjust seasoning as needed.
