I have thyroid issues along with iron deficiency, periods are severely heavy, rapid heart beats, no energy at all, always tired, I’m supposed to take Levothyroxine but have no health insurance so I guess I’ll be suffering for the rest of my life

im anemic and like I lowkey just ignore it, I havnt gotten it checked in a while I think the last time I did it think my levels were at 04 or 4 I forgot

I don’t get it my hemoglobin is good my iron is at 15% my dr said it’s normal I’m told I’m not considered “anemic” 😭
