there are some valid criticisms of Ned and Cat's parenting, but my issue is that the Fandom loves to drag Cat through the rails, but no one ever seems to hold Ned accountable for the same things, even though they are living in a society where the Lord Husband makes all the final decisions. If Catelyn were a bad mother because she didn't prepare Sansa, why are they never calling Ned a bad father in the same breath for allowing her to go to court without any proper ladies. it's all hypocritical.

I also think show viewers should remember that all of the GoT characters were aged up a lot for the series. Sansa was eleven at the start of the series. ELEVEN. So I agree that Ned and Cat could have prepared her better for the real world but she was still at an age where fairy tails could be real and I can see why they wouldn’t have taken that from her just yet

All of the stark kids are brats in the beginning😫😭😭 every one of them is sheltered to a certain extent and is idealistic. They all have entitled moments bc they’re highborn kids but only Sansa gets noticed bc she’s hyperfeminine. They all expect certain things but ppl only believe Sansa deserves to be punished for it it’s so annoying
