Oneness is something else ​ ​It is crystal clear to me that the source of all Creation lives in us all, and can be directly experienced. There is no “me” ​ ​There is just One. And this experience renders you absolutely openly connected to everyone and everything, as though they are you 🪷Tremendous compassion arises ​ ​In that state, there is no such thing as conflict. For sure all of humanity would get along beautifully with so much care towards one another if they tasted even a little of this. ​ It’s a profundity of such heights, everything that I thought was important, has been dwarfed ​ ​Psychology, emotions, traumas, relationships, careers, material pleasures, are all just a tiny part of what we actually are ​ ​I am not dismissing the importance of those things, they need to be kept in fantastic shape for a good experience of life ​ ​I am saying that unless you discover a more profound and truthful dimension of life, you will suffer and you’ll make others suffer with you ​ ​@sadhguru is able to transfer energies and unlock abilities in us at a rapid rate, if we make ourselves receptive to him ​ ​My own students experience similar things in my offerings, from the free classes, to the more extensive programs ​ ​In other words, these experiences and energies can be transmitted to touch you, at your core ​ ​Sadhguru, I am yours for life 🪷 ​ ​And to those who want my help, I am yours for life 🌺 ​ ​#spirituality #Love #meditation #shiva #healing ​
