Robin’s (especially Grayson’s) laugh is a tactical maneuver. He knows he is not a physically imposing as Batman, he’s literally a little kid wearing red and yellow tights. So he quips and laughs to irritate criminals so they are unfocused and underestimate him when fighting. It’s essentially the same tactic Peter Parker uses in marvel since people understand more about him. And for the criminals that do know about how dangerous Robin is, he laugh does work as a fear tactic cuz when you hear that little cackle in the dark in Gotham you know Robin is about knock you into next Thursday. And he if can’t BATMAN is nearby to make your intestines him the crip walk with a single kick😭😭😭
