I’m on day 6 of no contact after I asked for clarity on our connection and expressed my intentional feelings - he went quiet and so did I. Is this how people break up nowadays? I’m working on regulating my anxious attachment style so I can become more secure, but his avoidant behaviour is so confusing to me- are we over? 🤷🏽♀️😩

I have been pulling back and changing the pattern also and matching their energy. It’s hard, because u don’t believe in distance and there’s moments I have doubts in my mind and get kinda jealous, but still remained firmed in not giving in. If I tell her I need to talk to her or can I see her she will say I’m busy or ignored me or something and it’s more painful.
