Yeah...they stopped that in my uni....no more osce....they took us to the hospital and we had to examine patients there with all the noise and everything because "this is going to be your practice environment"

its easy, at least you are in separate room with the patient, in my uni they take us to the hospital opd, you have to take history examination everything infront of all of your classmates and of course professors than present the findings, differetial and management plan😭 its hell here, like even before starting anything your hand starts shaking bcz like everyone is watching, too much noise😭
