When we found out my daughter had a severe nut allergy, our home became a nut free home because I wanted to make sure she felt safe to eat in her own home. It honestly wasn't even hard to do.

Why? One of my besties has a severe nut allergy. If she’s over for turkey day- house is nut free for the day. It’s not that hard to be nut free for turkey day.

God forbid she put them in a small bowl and people could put them on themselves. we have multiple vegetarians in my family. Before I cut the turkey in moved all the food out the way, wiped down the counter and then did the same thing when I was done

2 of our nephews have nut allergies. When they are around everything is nuts free. As a celiac I understand not being able to eat everything and it's not worth the risk
