Ingredients -2 lb chuck roast -1 tbsp olive oil -1/4 cup low-sodium beef broth -1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning -1 tbsp au jus gravy mix -1 tsp minced garlic -1 tbsp pepperoncini juice -7–8 pepperoncini peppers (or banana peppers) -1 package King’s Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls (12 count) -6 slices provolone cheese -2 tbsp butter, sliced -1 tbsp butter, melted . 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chuck roast for about 4 minutes per side until browned. 2. Transfer the roast to a slow cooker. 3. In a measuring cup, whisk together the beef broth, ranch seasoning, au jus mix, minced garlic, and pepperoncini juice. Pour over the roast. 4. Add the pepperoncini peppers on top and add sliced butter on top. Cover and cook on High for 5–6 hours or Low for 8–10 hours until fork tender. 5. Shred the roast and mix it into the juices. Remove the peppers if desired. 6. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half on a baking sheet. 7. Layer the provolone cheese over the rolls, then evenly spread the shredded pot roast on top. 8. Place the tops of the rolls back on. Brush with melted butter. 9. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden. 10. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
