In my opinion, I hated that they changed Miss Marvel’s power because I grew liking her power to grow any part of her body especially with her being that main character in the avengers game that came out in like 2021 BUT them changing her power was in my opinion a great idea being able to materialize light is super cool

So basically, based on her story marvel finally used her to introduce or to give hint that XMEN universe will come to Marvel universe, the bangle came from different universe, there is another one. its power is to manifest khamala power which is to solidify the light(you can check out the other bangle in the movie The Marvels) but also only khamala can use both without dying since the bangle is from her ancestors> the bangle ability can also open portal to different dimensions and time travel. In the movie The Marvels, there 3 heroes can manifest light> Khamala can solidify light, Captain marvel can create light, and monica can absorb light. Now in the end of the series, they said khamala DNA is different, telling us fans khamala is mutant(her blood came from her grandma which is from another universe obviously XMEN) then spoiler alerttt: In the end of the The marvels movie, monica rambeau end up in another universe(Universe where mutant exist aka XMEN universe) saving their universe. Actually shes not the first mutant got introduced, the human fish guy in wakanda forever movie is also a mutant

okay as THE NUMBER ONE MS MARVEL FAN EVER! let me tell you guys what her powers are. ms marvel is an inhuman and since its comic books, her powers have to have a comic book explanation. she is a shapeshifter. since mass cannot be created, or destroyed, she draws her powers from herself from different timelines. when her body mass shrinks, it is transferred to another ms marvel in a different timeline. when she gains body mass, she draws it from a different timeline. she can shift her appearance which includes, size, color, shape, and other identifying factors. her powers being drawn from the bangles is a creation of the show and does not affect her comic powers. as i mentioned before, ms marvel is an inhuman. however, years ago, marvel created an inhumans show that ultimately failed. because of that, the MCU didn’t want to incorporate her origins as an inhuman. since the MCU had plans to introduce mutants, they decided to make ms marvel into a mutant. the comics wanted to synergize with the MCU so that comics would be easier to understand and so the comics turned her into a mutant/inhuman hybrid. if anyone wants any more details, i GOTCHU!!
